THE CONTEXT

Company data across the region is scattered and unverified. Poslovno.ba turns a 390,000-company registry into a usable product: verified directory, reviews, marketplace and a public API.

WHAT I DID

    Designed the data model

    A registry of 390,000+ companies across three countries, structured for search and verification.

    Built the ingestion pipeline

    Importing, normalizing and keeping registry data current.

    Search & verification flows

    Fast company search plus flows for owners to claim and verify their listings.

    Frontend, marketplace & public API

    The directory UI, reviews, marketplace and an API for third parties.

OUTCOME

A live platform covering three countries, with directory, reviews, marketplace and API — data model to frontend, all one pair of hands.
